Project Manager (DiD Foundation)

Responsibilities

  • To design, plan and coordinate fundraising activities;
  • To research funding recourses, develop sponsorship package and prepare proposals;
  • To develop and promote the branding of the Foundation;
  • To support public relations, marketing and media pitching on various activities;
  • To maintain good and close relationships with media, donors, sponsors, other stakeholders and working partners;
  • To lead and supervise team members for the execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
  • Great understanding of DIDF’s mission and sponsor/ donors’ needs with the ability to transform it into effective communications

  • Excellent project management and people management skills

Assistant Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare voucher, arrange invoicing, data entry, cash management and inventory management;
  • Assist to prepare monthly financial statement, regular reports and document;
  • Prepare accounting schedules for financial statements;
  • Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions;
  • Handle daily accounting operations and relevant adjustment including preparation of client statements;
  • Support in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

主要職責

  • 加入黑暗中對話的導賞團隊及認識體驗館運作

  • 擔當對話體驗與參加者之間的溝通橋樑
  • 積極投入參與黑暗體驗館導賞員訓練班及在職培訓課程,由導師教授各位準導賞員組織導賞資料和帶團技巧,共同創造一個新鮮的黑暗體驗

DE Intern Program - Social Projects/ Business Development / Customer Services

Main Purpose of Intern Program
Attachment to a department to acquire new skills and perspectives via active involvement in different assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisors in the daily administrative, operational and coordination duties including research and presentation preparation, event organization, marketing and promotion, data entry and report analysis, etc.

Business Development Officer (Full Time)

Reporting Line
Direct report to Head of Corporate Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Helping to implement sales strategy & plans and meet monthly sales target
  • Hunting, farming and cultivating sales lead with thorough understanding of DE programs and uniqueness in addressing different corporate needs
  • Building a healthy sales pipeline to project a stable monthly revenue to achieve revenue target
  • Exploring and developing new client profiles and follow-up on existing accounts
  • Networking internally and externally to promote DE as the CSR provider of choice for corporate segment
  • Preparing and presenting DE offering, program proposals and sales quotations
  • Collecting market intelligence to excel current experience offerings
  • Forging and nurturing corporate customers to be our friendly co-evolvers to co-create a sustainable experiential journey

DID (HK) Foundation - Administration Officer

Responsibilities

  • Support a full range of administrative and secretarial duties professionally and effectively
  • Manage calendar and appointment bookings
  • Administer sponsorship and funding applications and update stakeholders' database and bank accounts
  • Conduct researches and compile reports
  • Assist to plan and organize events and activities, including board meetings, fund raising projects and other events
  • Liaise with external parties and vendors for project implementation

Requirements

Business Administration Officer/ Assistant Officer

Responsible to: Head of Corporate Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and support corporate training programs / workshops / events including logistic and relevant administrative works
  • Assist to prepare budget breakdown, to locate offsite venue and to prepare workshop materials
  • Provide daily administration support to the sales team such as issue invoice; settle payment and prepare trainer schedule
  • Prepare monthly Sales reports and part time salary report to Finance Department
  • Verify and report expenses of office utilities for the confirmation of Department head and Finance Department
  • As key contact person with third party vendors such as catering services
  • Answer daily inquiry & co-ordinate courier deliveries and mailings of Sales team

Program Development Officer (Group)

Responsible to: Assistant Operation Manager

Responsibilities

  • ​Liaise and coordinate with customers as required regarding their specific requirements
  • Ensure all bookings are completed and confirmed by the client as per the education schedule incorporating all last minutes’ changes or enquiries
  • Prepare part time staff scheduling
  • Ensure all booking documentation is correlated and accurate for daily tasks
  • Ensure invoices are accurate for daily sales reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers​

Requirements

  • Form 7 or University graduate
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua (writing and speaking)

Educational Assistant (Part Time)

Responsible to: Program Development Officer

Mainpurpose of the Job
Works with group bookingcustomers by providing introduction and sharing sessions, customers’ experience would be enhanced and more completed.

Responsibilities

  • To give introductory speech including but not limited to safety regulations
  • To ensure that tours are carried out on time
  • To teach participants basic knowledge about Braille
  • To assist and deliver messages to the participants at sharing session
  • To take on ad hoc tasks asdirected
